Terrific podcast. I value this weekly 1+hour very much. Thank you
-
No bro I’ve never been on the left 😂
-
Marc Benioff's first words.. I have never been a Democrat LOL wow
-
China recognized Elon Musk’s playbook as the blueprint for the future, leveraging Tesla to build a global monopoly in EVs, solar, and battery storage. Meanwhile, US leadership treated him like a political liability instead of a strategic asset. Incredible shortsightedness.
-
Trump: china bad ALL IN : china bad Trump: china good ALL IN : china good
-
Does anyone else remember the debate with Larry Summers and Ezra where Chamath and David criticizes Larry for "opening up China"? Trump said those exact words on this trip and now you guys are all in to selling whatever you can including start of the art chips?
-
lol Marc says " those cars are pretty cool we should bring them to the States!" and Jason is like " No. bad idea. *click
-
I love this podcast it puts you on the fucking cutting edge of technology and it levels the playing field. Anyone can get enlightened to what’s happening in the latest of tech. Respect the growth, good pivot mid-covid. Solid work. Let us not be blinded by money. It is a super illusion. SPACEX IPO - fuck right let’s get wealthly!
-
Bring episode numbers back
-
At beginning but is this dude serious? Second most notorious Democrat megadonor behind Soros is not a Democrat? Lol quite the revisionist rebrand.
-
Chamath is wrong on China. Yes, it's one of the most populous countries, but the consumers ability to consume have been declining and will further decline. Second, it'd be extremely difficult to compete in China with those goods you mentioned because they would copy and suck your products out of market. Lastly it's not a democratic country, so the economic entanglement won't work as you think. The communist party would sacrifice economic downturns to protect their system if they need to.
-
Lmao China has wanted reunification with Taiwan since the CCP took over the mainland 75 years ago. It literally has nothing to do with chips, Taiwan would probably sabotage their factories if they thought they were about to lose anyways.
-
So surprise to see these smart brains being so naive about China and communism. Their goal is to take over the world, while you only care about making yourselves rich. Wake up and study history!
-
Appreciate Jason and Friedberg grounding this in reality instead of just giving a sales pitch.
-
This show blows without Sachs
-
The United States has been fully taken advantage of by the CCP. The besties who are pro CCP do not understand what the CCP has been doing for decades.
-
GET SUSAN KOKINDA ON THE POD - PROMETHIAN ACTION
-
Technocrats casually dispensing with whether weapons or technology should/shouldn’t be sold between countries like which fruit to eat is like Hollywood actors opining on global affairs or pontificating on a medical diagnosis because they played a doctor on TV. Their speculation in various countries on financial success of a product doesn’t extend to expertise in country/ state policy affairs.
-
Just giving up Taiwan it’s insane. It’s a democracy and a great country if you have ever visited why would we give them up to the Chinese.
-
We are 18 months away from independent of Taiwan’s chip industry - the dumbest thing Chamath ever said. Actually he said the same thing 18 months ago.
-
Guys, you're talking about China as it's a regular "normal" country. You forgot it's a Communist country. You have no idea what communists want the world to be like ultimately. So naive!!!!!
-
The west is naive if they think China will open its markets, they will buy one unit and then reverse engineer and copy it to be independent… typical naive thinking
-
The SaaS question is the one I keep coming back to. For years, software companies sold coordination: dashboards, workflows, tickets, CRM records, approval paths, reporting layers. AI starts to compress a lot of that. If the system can interpret context, generate next actions, summarize state, and route work, then a lot of “software” stops being a destination and becomes infrastructure underneath the decision. That changes the management problem too. The valuable company will not just be the one with the cleanest UI. It will be the one that understands the work deeply enough to encode judgment, exceptions, escalation, and accountability into the system. That’s where I think the real shift is: AI does not just threaten software categories. It exposes which organizations were only managing through screens, and which ones actually understood the operating logic of the work.
-
One thing I’m pretty sure about: if NVIDIA were a Chinese company, China would never sell H200 chips to the U.S. That’s why it’s hard for me to understand why some people act as if sharing cutting-edge technology with strategic competitors is simply about being “open” or “fair.” When a country openly aims to surpass or weaken U.S. and Western influence, there should be serious caution around exporting highly sensitive technologies. Short-term profits should not come at the cost of long-term national and technological security. Always remember, China’s ultimate goal is to eliminate US!
-
Jcal calling the kettle black lmao. Gotta love him.
-
the all in folks are missing the narative Xi wants Taiwan it is a CCP Imperative. the first island chain is hugely strategic for south east Asia especially Japan. The CCP doesnt care about their people they care about local and then global dominance
-
Beinoff seems clueless about the impact of Chinese subsidized cars on our economy.
-
Then why the fuck didn't we find common ground with Russia too? You guys are talking nice but you're better at tech than foreign policy. China already stole all our stuff
-
Science Corner was the best in this whole episode
-
Chamath is missing reality. China has been making agreements and immediately breaking them for decades. We are fools if we believe that the CCP will change that pattern.
-
Love to see Charmath who was so hawkish against China and its growing military, economic, and technology capabilities just months ago when Trump was still waging the tariff war around the world turning around calling for economic re-engagement with China...
-
Who is that new guy?
-
Per the past history, U.S. companies are going to get their a$$es handed to them in China. Witness Starbucks, Uber and the U.S. & German car manufacturers. Are we seeing the emergence of wave 2.0 or 3.0, where the westerners don't learn their lesson again? You guys are clueless re: how bare knuckles, brutal and unfair the trading conditions are there.
-
Did Chamath really say above his pay grade 😂?
-
All in talking bullish looking for exit liquidity
-
Been a long-time fan of the pod, but I was very disappointed by David’s view on Taiwan. Taiwan is a vibrant democracy with freedom-loving people, much like the US. Taiwanese people are not just a strategic chess piece that can simply be traded away and expected to live under a communist regime without political or economic rights. If that ever happened, it would likely lead to years of resistance and turmoil — not the increase in global productivity David suggested. I encourage you to study Taiwan’s modern history and understand how it became what it is today technologically and economically. Those achievements are deeply connected to its freedoms and democracy. Decades of polling have consistently shown that the majority of Taiwanese people do not want to live under authoritarian rule.
-
Why is Marc here? Is he just here to flatter the CCP? One of the few guests on All In that I don't like
-
Love science corner
-
THANK YOU Friedberg for the segment about El Nino & food shortage. We need to be informed & updated about environmental matters in the same manner that we track advances in tech & money topics.👍👍
-
Great interview Marc
-
“If you can’t beat em, join em”
-
Loved the opening question JCal, nothing wrong with calling out Benioff changing his tune. Addressing tough issues and changed minds head on is what made this podcast great. The Trump apologism is utterly exhausting
-
I don't want any goods from China: cheap or not. I want USA produced goods in a range of prices. The most un-American thing you can do is to rationalize the transfer of funds to your enemies.
-
QUESTION for Marc: When will Marc work to repeal his ineffective 2018 San Francisco Proposition C. Good Intentions vs Awful Results. In so much as the the results were pathetic, it is obviously time to work tirelessly to completely repeal San Francisco's Proposition C.
-
Trump got NOTHING from China. No big deal, nothing. That tells you China is absolutely not desperate for anything
-
Jason asked Marc Benioff if he is a Democrat as his first question, you must be kidding me...
-
David Friedberg has a good heart 😊
-
US-China economic partnership would be a great thing for the world, but the CCP must be weakened first. There’s no point in trading with China while the CCP is still this strong — they’ll just keep infiltrating governments, interfering in elections, manipulating politics, and running spying operations in the United States, Europe, Brazil, Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, and of course, Taiwan.
-
20:39 this is absolute nonsense. It appears to be driven by typical liberal self hatred of American excellence.
-
Yes science corner
-
Taiwan had better get nukes fast.
-
I have to correct you Chamath. China does not have the largest consumer economy, not even close. The US is more than twice as large at about 18 trillion versus China at about 7.
-
Friedberg’s background ❤ Hero Jet Li
-
LG!!
-
I love science corner and the guy with the great laugh that heads it up.
-
Benioff!!
-
All of them with exception of JCal are willing to sell your childrens future to the Chinese for a %. These people are pro them not pro America.
-
China is not the biggest consumer economy in the World unless you are selling 10cents noodle soup.
-
Great show today, interesting and fun.
-
Marc Benioff seems like a great guy.
-
Marc Benioff was great. Awesome perspective with so much experience. Please get Marc back on more often 🎉
-
MC/ VISA in the early 2000's - they were widely accepted. However, MC/VISA wanted their % fee. Local companies undercut them. Adapt, compete or get out. To add, Usery fees in the West not welcomed out there. Wonder if the CEO of AMEX was there also?
-
Okay, Marc definitely did better here than the disastrous summit interview
-
I respect Mark Benioff, id like to thank him for donating his money for the good of the community. He has donated to Straub Hospital, 1 of 3 hospital on Oahu, his donation i think has assisted in Straub being able to expand their hospital/ doctors office to be able to better serve the community. He has also donated land on the outer island specifically to develop affordable housing. VS Zuck who has just increased his land grab of our very limited locally owned Hawaiian lands. He did use some of it to build his massive doomed day bunker. Oprah has done even more buying up so much Maui land to privately own it for no public good that i know. God blesses us, its up to us to use it for the good of all or for selfish hoarding. But....Chinese cars here?😮
-
Forgive my ignorance but who is the American producer who is 1-2 nm away from being able to reproduce TSM? Intel??
-
First Taiwan then the Philippines then Japan then Australia etc etc… Russia was more affluent, they still invaded Ukraine at huge cost countries don’t work like businesses. Taiwan makes 85% of the chips we need.
-
Billionaire talking about Taiwan like a game piece. Deplorable. The issue isn’t solely about technology, it’s about Taiwan controlling and governing themselves. And not being taken over by anyone. Billionaires lose the plot on most issues.
-
Good to see Marc Benioff, still Salesforce shareholder!
-
This is gold and every entrepreneur should ask these questions frequently: What do you want? What's important to you? How are you getting it? What is preventing you from having it? How will you know that you have it?
-
Marc is hilarious. Love that he was on!
-
Not that long ago Chamth was saying Jensen Huang was not patriotic because he wasn't clamping down on Nvidia chips ending up in China. Now that Trump flip-flopped he has to join the bandwagon as well. There are many examples of this on the pod. Life is much easier when you think independently.
-
Thanks for the PSA!! Using your power for good, appreciate it!
-
Marc— One of the best Founder/CEO still around!
-
Satellite images from 1877 were strong!
-
Damn Marc is a great salesman
-
Yes. Sir thanks for the dogs ⭐️⭐️🧡🧡🧡❤️❤️
-
Benioff is great
-
Lots of missed opportunities to dive deeper with Marc, Jason - PLEASE start asking follow-ups!
-
How many people went to check the stock of SAP and Alibaba? 😂😂😂
-
China isn't "figuring it out" they're stealing intellectual property to "figure it out"
-
Billionaires saying let’s sell anything and everything… that’s not gonna end well. Doesnt sound very America first, does it. Billionaires are parasites. They keep taking taking taking and hoarding what they can get. We’d be better off with a thousand millionaires for every billion dollars of wealth they hoard. Tax the rich.
-
This is such an entertaining & educational podcast. Never miss one. Thank you!!!
-
Great to see Marc Benioff with you. Immense coup!
-
Jason was interrupting way too much in this episode.Tough listen
-
Laughing about dogs being put to sleep? ** you. You should have 0 control over AI.
-
Jason needs t9 stop being a fanatic about lib politics
-
Great episode!!!
-
Forgot how funny Marc is🤣🤣🤣
-
Love Mark
-
Private-market riches for thee, public-market leftovers for me
-
Buy Salesforce stock pronto!
-
Chamath is rarely wrong. But he missed the call about persistence with local AI models. With discord, telegraph or a myriad of other platforms, combined with wisperflow and the like on your mobile phone you can EASILY have very convenient and easy to use persistence with a local AI. And it maintains the utmost amount of privacy and personalized goals and achievements.
-
We aren't close to TSMC. Chamath is crazy if he is willing to give up Taiwan in 18 months.
-
We better not need anything from China when they invade Taiwan
-
They came back with empty promises and a nice nothing burger. It was all for "optics"
-
I can’t believe how many people agree with Democrats…. They have lost it… the lengths they are wiling to go to fight against Trump…….. completely hollowing out our justice system. Criminals booked and released people getting away with rape and murder and doing a couple years and getting released is insane
-
CCP can't abide prosperous, democratic Taiwan as an example to it's own people and an indictment of a Communist model of government. So it's a real threat and not something that can change, absent a change in their own system. The clash will occur. We can bug out or continue to support Taiwan, with great risks either way.
-
Chamath it was a pleasure meeting you at the Institute! I like your take on copper let’s hope saas is not dead and not being vibe coded away! Great show ‼😍✌
-
thank you chamath for getting a bye bye in right at the end, back in form
-
Great episode, gentlemen. It’s been a while since I’ve watched an episode, so I was really happy to see Mark Benioff on this one. I’ve always thought he was a great host, and I really like the way he leads conversations and brings out great discussions from everyone involved. 👏✨
-
The most interesting of all the science talk about the El Niño event
-
Ok this might be the best podcast in a while.
-
Posted 1 minute ago! Earliest I've ever been!
-
- Science corner was very informative & scary - Marc Benioff’s in-depth analysis around AI and how it’s complimenting SAAS to make work flows more productive was awesome Missed Sacks for sure. Love you boys 🥑🍻
-
Innovation through technology has always been the key to kick butt in competition, which is why we need data centers for AI everywhere
-
Great podcast , very insightful information.
-
The Wizard of Oz bit cracked me up 😂
-
Dang, I didn't know Marc was this cool guy lol
-
Mark is so nice, never seen him like that before
-
1:02:24 Science Corner, my favorite corner of all-in
-
First from Ghana!
-
Friedberg is the BEST and Mark is an amazing guest...
-
The future is the watch!
-
Thank you all for all your hard works!
-
Why are you the #1 podcast? Ego?
-
Imagine Marc Benioff volunteering up to build a robust, transparent, comprehensive audit system for California state spending. Benioff is the tech leader with the talent stack and political capital to pull it off.
-
Chamath, there are many rescues for Golden Retrievers (and all other pure breeds). They have puppies and all ages. These dogs are AWESOME! And THANK YOU Jason, for trying to save a dog’s life! And yes, Tony Robbins is a life changer!!! 🙏🏻🐾
-
It's so funny hearing them describe Hedera Hashgraph in such detail and be completely oblivious that it exists. I've seen a trend in their conversations. Each episode it gets more and more obvious.
-
Chamath is so smart
-
11:51 - 12:05 this is true
-
28:40 Tony Robbin

🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷👏🏻 Amazing podcast!

Ask Palantir Alex Karp too
-
if every country should have access to the technology, why not let Iran access nuclear bomb? This is naive thinking
-
Before chips, why did the US ever think Taiwan was important? What is the first island chain? A fashion accessory? Why even the need to "pivot to asia". Why are our silly allies (Japan, Australia, Phillipines and S. Korea) nervous that we wiil soften on Taiwan? Why do we even worry that once the US is out, our allies wiil switch allegiances with the quickness and we will be locked out of the party. Meh, it wasn't that poppin' anyways. Friedberg and Chamath are right. They out geopolitik geopolitical analysts.
-
Isn’t this further integration with China and they will get more like us been tried? Wasn’t that the initial justification for letting them the WTO? Didn’t really turn out that well
-
The book "Apple in China" describes how an American company can successfully avoid a partnership with a Chinese company. The author of the book should also be a guest at the All In summit.
-
Lfg!
-
$CRM $NOW $ADBE are all mega cheap
-
So the pod is indicating that the U.S. will throw Taiwan under the bus after asking TSMC to manufacture in the U.S.?
-
A floating voter. Quite right.
-
El Niño is so drastic because of the solar storm that has been happening ☀️
-
Really interesting view from Benioff I m fresh new investor for the long term in Saleforce, Service now and Adobe I m loving that saaspocalypse as much as the 2022 interest rate scare
-
the proxy for ai requests to go through, as router and maybe even a preprocessor, is an intriguing idea. I'm sure there will be at least a few open source projects that will do that soon.
-
thanks for joining, Mark. Hi from your friends in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
-
Wow! Amazing episode. Please bring back Marc! Thoroughly enjoyed the entire show. Fascinating! Thanks!
-
I love science corner with Freidburg.
-
Marc’s comments about SF acquisition of Qualified and being able to do outbound hints at an increase of spam calls, which I am undoubtedly getting more of!
-
Lots of knowledge, like to be in a room with these guys with alchohol. I can imagine the shinanigans. I learned alot from the pod, opened my eyes to potential future investments.
-
Heart, brain and courage!! :)

Enjoyed Marc on the pod.
-
Great episode, like always

Sweet!

It's not about the models, it's about serving inference at scale to benefit commerce. Having the best model just brings traffic to your inference generator.

Science corner is a killer section, please keep it going! Friedberg is amazing. 🔥

Exactly Gemini and Anthropic would pretty much be unstoppable. Good call David.

-
Best content on the web hands down.
-
We LOVE science corner
-
David Friedberg. I will take that pup on the show today and fly him to Boston. Let’s make it happen!
-
Great ep. I just love this long-form conversational format. It’s a great way to get to know the guests. You get to hear their actual POV on a variety of topics. In cases where they’re challenged, they get to make their case. I was actually pretty impressed with Marc when I was kind of skeptical about him before
-
I wouldn't have thought Marc would be the most level headed voice on this panel. It was unexpected
-
Great episode
-
Cool one

Relevance AI already sends each task to whatever model you want. Can select per each task run and which model or go cost optimized or performance optimized.

Science corner should have covered SDFT and considered the implicationsto local modeling
-
I'm a 75 year old widow woman who is absolutely loving this podcast. I'm very poor in finance but rich in positive attitude. Loving you all guys. ❤
-
Jason has Master level trolling ability
-
Friedberg, do a deep dive on HUNGA TUNGA and how that under sea eruption changed our weather and the amount of moisture in the upper atmosphere that is predicted to last for years. This is part of the El Niño event. The Hunga Tonga eruption injected approximately 146 million tons of water vapor into the stratosphere, which is enough to fill about 58,000 Olympic-sized swimming pools. This massive surge increased the total amount of water in that layer of the atmosphere by about 10 percent.
-
Hey Friedberg I couldn’t find the link for scooter. I have a small farm in Maryland (the Holloway farm on tictok) scooter would run around the farm all day helping our other pups keep an eye on their chicken siblings plus our dogs sleep in bed. Love to try and rescue him!!
-
Isn’t the “hot new company” openrouter kind of concept?
-
Tony Robbins fan too!
-
JCal on fire nice.Freidberg take the temperature of the room mate “Abundance” reads like corporate spin - gag worthy. Otherwise awesome

Jason is asking relevant Yes/No questions about Taiwan! Cool!
-
Well done Benioff. Sorry for the loss of your friend
-
Hold on
-
59:52 I am struggling to reconcile how you can take all these complex data sources like audio, UI and webcam and make it a more impactful output when we already have bloated MCP's that spill over context windows. On paper the process makes sense but in practice, the context windows get blown through so quickly, it's hard to see it truly working with the level of detailed needed to be practical
-
Well that 1877 elnino map is useless malarkey. 😕 We didn't have weather satalites and boueys covering the Pacific Ocean. JS 😮😅😢

Taiwan is slated for re-uinification (peacefully or otherwise) in 2027, additionally trying to sell payment processing after repeated sanctions and lawfare led them to create their own system, its better and sanction proof

So the two worlds ‘greatest’ salesman are also the worlds richest dude (yes,he’s awesome) and the man who leads the biggest military and economy. I suggest they have a non insignificant advantage here and maybe not necessarily the ‘greatest’ sales people.

Al CEO’’s and everyone in congress that trades with and slows trade to take place with China should be charged with treason and given the strictest sentences. Would the addition of Chinese EV’s kill the American Car in industry or would it force them to improve in order to compete? I don’t know the answer. There’s at least a chance that it could be long-term positive for American car manufacturers. Look at how they’ve behaved with EV’s

Hey Friedberg, your concern about stray dogs is touching. How about showing some empathy for Lavoro investors?

So, was it a safety issue or was it a protectionism of wiping out the US auto industry, including Tesla if allowing Chinese EV’s in the US? EU and Canada already have China made EV’s.
