-
I am old enough to remember when you guys were against war.
-
Well played All-In pod, well played. But nobody's being fooled by this one.
-
I'm trying to keep up. War is good now. Ok War good
-
You guys have officially become a propaganda machine .. well done
-
My weekly all in pod routine for the last year - 1) Check the comments 2) Confirm it’s still compromised bullshit 3) Find something else to watch
-
These tech billionaire bro’s are some awesome spin doctors. Money talks.
-
Weren’t they all against war just 12 months ago?
-
Gimme 4 guys who never served in combat to talk about war. Score!
-
I had a good laugh when Jcal said he’s independent. Thanks for brightening my day.
-
David sacks is on his knees with a ball gag
-
Very thankful for comments. They always reveal true sentiment
-
I thought you guys wanted to cut government spending? Kinda depressing watching you turn into the same talking heads you criticized in the beginning of this podcast.
-
Comments section confirms this is Operation Epic Failure.
-
One thing this podcast has done so well is to show people in real time, how people change their tone/opinion/perspectives/positions when it’s financially beneficial for them Great show 😂
-
this podcast over the years is a great reflection about what money and power do to people at this point I will just go watch Dan Brazilian
-
Where is David he was outspoken against this war!
-
Guys, you should invite people from Anthropic to give their side of the story.
-
I remember an episode from before the election when Chamath stated he had turned into a “single issue voter” and was against more wars at any cost. I wonder what changed…
-
This has become state run television.
-
Polymarket predicts this episode does not age well
-
Wasn't expecting this from Friedberg! But hey at some point he had to either leave the game or play by the rules with his buddies
-
Damn whatever is in those files must be absolutely horrendous to flirt with WW3
-
How Bush would've loved an emergency podcast for the Iraq war. Shame the all in boys were too young back then. Perfect timing.
-
Here for the mental gymnastics….
-
Explaining “How war is good” ? I can’t believe I used to recommend this podcast for friends 😂
-
Congratulations. This is the most disgusting podcast yet with the most disgusting take on war yet.
-
I can’t believe I’m listening to them talk about spreading democracy.. it’s like a fever dream
-
I'm 0:03 seconds in, I've decided that's enough propaganda for me.
-
All of a sudden I realised how simple minded these guys are and how narrow are their horizons
-
It’s good the comments are calling out these clowns. We’ve lost all morals in this country
-
Chamath when his SPAC scamming is called out 😧
-
Comments are scathing… 😅😂
-
War propaganda really is everywhere
-
Knee pads anyone?
-
wow even friedberg is now compromised…
-
The „Get in line“ Podcast
-
Never, absolutely never did i imagine I'd be listening to this podcast essentially defending war... Unbelievable. There is NO WAY that they'd be speaking like this if the EXACT same scenario happened under Biden or a Democrat. All-In - you guys are pathetic!
-
More spin on the Anthropic subject. You didn’t have to label them a supply chain risk, another instance of the government picking winners and losers who they don’t agree with.
-
It was shocking to hear Chamath justify this war, considering his own family escaped the Sri Lankan war and sought refuge in Canada.
-
The moment Friedberg casually started supporting war... coming from Professor Jiang's channel to this now, gosh, its like fingernails on a chalkboard.
-
Disagreed mostly of yo’s said! This was more like a propaganda podcast than info one! Sad to see where we are head it.
-
I remember sacks taking entire episodes talking shit about the Biden admins handling of Ukraine and geopolitics as a whole.. now he’s in the administration that’s starting the wars it’s really upsetting
-
What a f... propaganda bs show. Trump litterally said on tv that either the regime surrenders or get killed. How is that not a regime change wtf. Stop your bs. When was the last time China attacked anyone? They haven,t even taken Taiwan back, which they could have while Joe was sleeping !
-
Oil to China the reason you wanna kill thousands. Come on guys.
-
You guys need Professor Jiang on the pod to give you a dose of logical truth.
-
Skipped 160 school girls killed by US in intro, like we will not notice
-
Speechless.
-
Signing off now. Enjoy your war.
-
Does the All In pod read the comments and see the sinking opinion of the pod we all have?
-
Never thought I’d hear these guys campaigning for War.
-
At 76 years of age, I remember the 'rules of engagement' being a significant factor in VietNam.
-
Chamath with no shame
-
I remember they were all upset before the presidential election that Kamala will lead them to a nuclear war with Iran. Now they are all happy with the war… bunch of snakes
-
This biggest difference is the War department is running the war. Not the State department.
-
The elites come together to protect their self interest. Isreal gets the region, the U.S. protects their petrodollar.
-
The asteroid is overdue
-
CLOWNS GO ALL-IN THIS EPISODE
-
10' and I can't bear it any longer, this guys are soo cooked
-
I can barely sit through 15 minutes of it now. Insufferable!
-
What happened to being against war?
-
I usually listen rather than watch but came here first just to check the comments as I had an idea how this episode would go. It’s so painfully predictable and it seems I was right😅.
-
The way Friedberg instantly steers the convo away from Israel's influence over the US and towards their weapons systems before Emil can answer is insane. So blatant.
-
J Cal seems to be changing color of his feathers 🙂
-
Uber guy? Whats he doing in administration?
-
Chameth is such a spinner! He can spin anything!
-
Compromised
-
That is some impressive mental gymnastics. I think the underlying situation must be that desperate to attempt this sort of Hail Marry against Iran. 2026 and beyond will eventful. Good luck to everyone! That is to us, the normal people and not to these "beasties".
-
First time i've had to turn off the all-in podcast... Another war in the middle east is not what I was promised when i voted for Trump. Not terribly surprised by Chamath but was hoping David and Jason would make a counter argument. Tone deaf takes
-
I am encouraged that most of the comments here show an audience that is awake to the misunderstanings of this panel over the rights and wrongs of this illegal and most of all immoral War.
-
Nice one Friedberg, deal with China would be a crowning achievement. The father's of 160 school girls are with you I'm sure
-
Nuclear was destroyed last year.
-
I can not believe I used to like these guys! What was I thinking I’m so embarrassed! Absolutely disgusting!
-
Calling Anthropic unpatriotic for refusing to allow its AI to be used for mass surveillance of Americans or unconstrained military applications is a pretty serious misframing. Ethical limits on powerful technology aren’t anti-American—they’re consistent with the country’s long tradition of protecting civil liberties and limiting state power. A private company deciding not to build tools that could enable domestic surveillance or autonomous weapons isn’t sabotage; it’s exercising corporate responsibility. Trying to pressure or shame them into changing that position—while portraying dissent as disloyalty—feels less like a good-faith debate and more like an attempt to strong-arm a company for taking an ethical stand. Reasonable people can disagree about how AI should be used in national security, but reducing that complex issue to “patriotism vs. betrayal” avoids the real question: what guardrails should exist when AI could dramatically expand the power of the state?
-
Chamath is right on par with being the all time best at swindling and losing retail investors money by BSing
-
Oh yeah, its all about China. Trump is spiking oil price, inflation and killing people to get a better trade deal from China. We all know why hes at war with Iran - Israel.
-
Good buy guys i will never listen ever again you guy use to be against wars but seem as soon as one gets power everyone flips
-
“War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength.” — 1984, by George Orwell
-
Great analysis guys. America starting an unnecessary war where U.S soldier’s die is actually GREAT because we are creating leverage against China
-
“I had to challenge myself to go through that process. At the end of it, I’m like, wow, he’s the only mainline candidate here that will not go to war.” Chamath on the jre podcast. What changed? 🤔
-
oh an episode i dont want to finish so sad
-
My eyes welled up hearing Chamath explain this is all for humanity and to avoid war with China. World is indebted. It's one thing to know you are intelligent. It's a different thing to assume everyone else is less intelligent than you. What a guy!
-
They have all turned into creepy snakes. It's scary what worldly success can do to people. I unsub.
-
Great insight and transparency from this administration…accountability and getting true patriots to get our country back is sorely needed and much appreciated by “we the people”
-
With Sacks is in the White House, this podcast has been neutered. Unbearable. US military and civilians have died so we can get leverage with China? No one calling out why this War is wrong. Really you guys should be ashamed. Stop laughing. Unsubscribe.
-
All-in podcast is an interesting experiment how these successful, smart, independently minded hosts became completely corrupted by being exposed to power, having turned into neocon warmongers.. Amazing
-
Absolute sellouts
-
It's terrifying how out of touch our "elites" are. You really think this hurts china anywhere near as much as it hurts the EU or america? You really think you can assassinate a leader mid negotiations (after attempting assassinations during negotiations with russia and iran previously also) and just call off the fun little war after 4 days? Do you guys even realize that the american empire just ended?
-
Chamath’s view on China shows he knows very little about China
-
Chamath lost all credibility by flatly dismissing the discussion. Will never trust a thing he says moving forward. Zero integrity
-
It's becoming clear that this podcast has shifted. The 'relatability' feels like a long game, and the current episodes are now transparently pushing a clear agenda and talking their own book. The lack of ads might have been a facade, but the propaganda is now too obvious for even the most naive listener.
-
51:43 UBER guy took all the Tony Robbins courses 😂
-
The guilty often shouts the loudest.
-
All bad takes! You guys need a history lesson on US involvement in the middle east.
-
Was looking forward to Sacks' mental gymnastics on this one after warning about war hawks wanting this all along...maybe next upload...
-
Shocking. Been listening to you guys for years now and this podcast episode shocked me. What did we expect I suppose, multi millionaires sitting in their cushy homes knowing their kids won't be sent to war. Sad. Thought you guys always gave a nice mix of different of opinions..but now.. wow. Money talks eh 🤷🏼♀️
-
Disgusted by such a one-sided take. I used to consider this group a place that presented different perspectives. Now it feels like just one view aligned with their interests. Including Jason too.
-
0 integrity, Unsubscribed.
-
Framing an invasion as a win-win really puts humanity into perspective.
-
So why did the US target a girls school in Iran? Isn't that considered a war crime?
-
This show has become unwatchable.
-
Like many others, I thought these guys had at least some principles and loved their country. At this point, you are literally Ferengi from Star Trek, following the "Rules of Acquisition": Rule 34: "War is good for business". Rule 35: "Peace is good for business". And of course, Rule 16: "A deal is a deal... until a better one comes along." They view war as a way to stimulate demand for "war-stuff" and create shortages that drive up prices. Profit comes from selling weapons, resources, and services to those actually fighting.
-
Our wars good, their wars bad. Simple!
-
Turned it off as soon as I seen talking head for the war machine😂 what a joke
-
No integrity, but I'm not surprised. No need to watch, comments says it all.
-
I'm watching just to see how low can you stoop. You guys have no integrity!
-
Question is will they address the COMMENT SECTION calling out their bootlicking
-
I can feel Emil is very honest. It's very reassuring.
-
With all due respect, how can this not be at least partially about regime change?
-
I’m really grateful to you all
-
This is a great way for the government to communicate to the masses
-
Don’t need to listen to know it will be insane levels of coping about the war.
-
There was a torpedo kill during the Falklands war in 1982. Two torpedos struck the light cruiser ARA General Belgrano. 323 Argentine deaths
-
Partisan hacks
-
Under Secretary Emil Michael is an excellent guest. He's very interesting. His explanations are thorough and clear. Thank you for inviting him to the podcast! Thank you, Under Secretary Emil Michael for a wonderful conversation.
-
Incredible how everyone side stepped the "why are we in a war with Iran?" question. I can't believe even Jason is looking the other way and ignoring the clear presidential overreach. I've lost a lot of respect for this podcast after watching this episode.
-
There is no pushback here. Whole podcast crew is joking around while so many people have died including us soldiers. We have a no new wars president goint to Iran with no congressional approval, no un approval and no good reason. Lot of common people are disappointed in the president
-
The blatant bias on the All-In Podcast has reached a tipping point. The 'Besties' have two viable paths forward to regain their credibility: either pivot back to pure economic and market analysis while staying out of the political fray, or suspend the show entirely until the current political cycle concludes and Trump leaves office.
-
Welcome to state news !
-
A very hard watched
-
All these guests just revealed their cards - they are not America First, they are Israel First ...
-
Nice to hear the colonisers point of view
-
Brian McGinnis, the Marine veteran, who got his arm broken, protesting against the Iran war. He seems to be everything that The All-In Podcast is not.
-
If there’s a way that they can disclose their “holdings” or “long and shorts” while they are talking , similar to all the guests that go on CNBC ** Disclosure on Chamath ** - massive long positions in snake oil
-
I wonder what motivation these guy have to do a podcast
-
Very interesting subject! Thank you for having our Under Secretary of War present for your podcast. 🥰
-
Not a mention about the school that was bombed by the Americans killing 165 little girls.
-
This feels very directed. At this point, they may as well just be on the Whitehouse's payrole
-
War for profit, for a brighter tomorrow
-
“Weeks not months”, who else said this?
-
38:21 insurance origin story is a treat.
-
The spot about requirements reform is so awesome to hear. good to see some movement up top, because the systems engineers at the bottom are integrating magic with mud.
-
They keep saying the terms of use are all underlined by “lawful use”, when both sides break laws all the time.
-
I’m sure the families of those 150 young girls who got bombed are happy America is in a strategically better position against China. But look, only 6 Americans have died. What a great result so far!
-
Interesting there was no mention of a the schoolchildren
-
I wish gemini could skip every-time chamath has something to say. Been following this guy since 2019 and this guy says things based on what fulfills his own short terms relevancy.
-
Everything they have said about the media now applies to them. They are the definition of media that they have so criticized over the years.
-
This is like watching the news in russia
-
Nice to see people like Emil in positions of power - down to earth easily relatable intelligent, dare I say normal individuals. Thanks Emil.
-
I watch both the Pod and CNBC Sqawkbox religiously. On Squawk, Andrew Ross Sorkin has been on a mission to make the Anthropic Supply Chain risk situation a political issue, claiming the Dept of War signed a contract with OpenAI that is the same as the one with Anthropic because Open AI sucks up to the Admin. You should get ARS and Mr. Michael together. I assume Mr. Michael has the legit info on this matter and, if so, I'd sure like ARS to discontinue his mission to spread what amounts to misinformation. If not, then I'd like to know that there are holes in Mr. Michael's story.
-
Anthropic won this debate, without even being in the debate
-
This is not going to age well. Nothing good will come from this war. 😢
-
Donald is 100% captured by Israel and doing its bidding for the war. Bibi has tried to get every president in his lifetime to attack Iran. And donald is the first to be tricked into it. Or straight up followed orders for what Israel wanted him to do. And he’s too weak to say no like all the presidents before him did.
-
“Trump made this clear this is NOT a regime change effort.” He has?!?!?
-
Friedberg’s take at around 9-10 mins completely skips the most obvious piece of the system. He talks about China’s mercantilism like the global trade system is some neutral playing field that China is distorting. But the entire system is USD-denominated. That’s not neutral — that’s structural advantage.
-
Chamath truly thinks he's so cool but he's such a loser 😂
-
Glad everyone else feels the exact same way.
-
This once was a great podcast…
-
Operation AIPAC Fury
-
It’s the Take a Step Back and Zoom Out podcast.
-
30:37 Friedberg cracks me up.
-
Chamath is just the John Legend of tech. A try-hard who's always at the show but hasn't had a hit in decades
-
Jason bringing the receipts 🧾 with the donations
-
Some folks are born made to wave the flag They're red, white and blue And when the band plays "Hail to the Chief" They point the cannon at you, Lord It ain't me, it ain't me I ain't no senator's son, son
-
Emergency pod all the guys are doing colonoscopy to each other
-
what a let down 😢
-
Yeah, some folks inherit star-spangled eyes They send you down to war And when you ask 'em, "How much should we give?" They only answer, "More, more, more" It ain't me, it ain't me I ain't no military son, son It ain't me, I ain't no fortunate one
-
I’m glad to see the comments that Americans are not fooled by those elites!
-
Wow!
-
I liked Friedberg's comment about appreciating what DOW can do/ has done. ME TOO.
-
I'm continually impressed by the quality of humans serving our great nation in this administration. Thank you for introducing us to Emil!
-
I had no idea who Emil was before this Pod, thoroughly impressed by the man and glad this country has him.
-
Comment section delivers yet again!!!
-
cant wait to hear chamaths takes on middle east
-
"Mom n pop. Making missiles. Is amazing" - PRO WAR Guest... 👏 good job besties.
-
Good job to the comments
-
Small steps lead to long journeys - and destinations you didn't originally intend to arrive at.
-
Three days later. This hasn't aged well already.
-
We are constantly at war. Reasoning itself is technically war against useless paths.
-
I don't feel like I am getting the whole truth here anymore, oh well lots of pods to choose from.
-
I used to like this show! I can’t watch a minute now.
-
My cousin committed suicide at the age of 32 several years after the Vietnam War. We thought he was finally ok. His 8 year old daughter found him with his head blown off. She was another victim of Nam never recovered. His one comment was always..we weren't in it to win it. How heartbreaking. The soldiers knew it.I I believe Trump and Hegseth heard him..go in it to win it. Lesson learned never again.
-
Great interview!
-
Emil is solid
-
Falling GDP growth over time is the Solow Theorem, he got Nobel Prize for this
-
Funny how Chamath gangs up on Jason for being a liberal… wasn’t he once a major democratic donor?? Jason is the only bestie who can’t be “bought” and has a spine (maybe Friedberg). You’re the only reason why I’m still subscribed Jason. Thanks!
-
You have certain skills and you catch a trend. You become super rich. But it doesn’t mean you are smarter. What a group of xxxxx😂
-
Yeah bring on the war guy to explain why this war is good.
-
Emil is an excellent communicator. He should be given a raise!
-
One of your best guests ever. Great information presented very clearly.
-
One of the most important conversation was at the end that Emil spoke about - solving the crazy government contracting process to allow more small companies to compete - awesome!
-
"mom and pop" missile production company is a hilarious concept
-
I miss your musical opening describing you guys… loved the music. Bring it back.
-
Remember when Tim Dillon was on the show and said these are all criminals that can’t be trusted. Well proof and point!
-
2:1 ratio of the likes and dislikes says more than the entire show.
-
Glad the chief business officer of Uber is under secretary of War now maybe he can figure out a way to add surge pricing to the cost of this war
-
“I’m making a rocket for my high school’s rocket competition. DARPA’s scholarship competition for kids who can rocket good will be there. I need a 20 foot rocket. 200 pound payload. GPS guided. Always land on target. No mistakes.” - someone using Claude in the DoD
-
"Oh you need to stop a huge terrorist attack? Just make sure to call the Anthropic CEO to make sure its OK!"
-
Anthropic was the big winner of that showdown. All of these foundation models will have bias based on training, but Anthropic's Claude now looks like the most capable model for strategic planning, and the company looks like the most ethical which helps recruiting.
-
Fascinating discussion!
-
Excellent episode. Till now I had only been hearing Anthropic spin. They are free to demand any terms they want. The DOW is free to hire anyone they want. The "just call me for an exception" is definitely a deal breaker from a logical stand point if you are trying to defend against an unexpected attack.
-
This was a fun episode.
-
Hey All-Iners, I for one, would be very interested in watching a documentary on the rules of engagement in previous wars. What were they exactly, how did they work, what was the process of formulating them and who ultimately was responsible for them? Do you have any contacts that could make this happen?
-
As a former regular watcher, is there any good reason to watch this episode?
-
Great insights nice episode
-
"as long as it's lawful" - Emil ... looooool ... lmao ... hahahhaa
-
Haven’t listened to the pod in a while, and I came excited for an interesting conversation about the anthropic debate. This just felt like a press release with scripted questions and praise. Is this really what the all in podcast is now?
-
1:30 wrap it up grandpa 😭😂
-
6:31 😂😂 Even trump didnt think about this.
-
Ok cool. Now invite prof. Mearsheimer and Sachs to the pod and let's hear what they think about this.
