-
The flow of the show is so much better with all four of the besties
-
20:40 Friedberg consistently has such good insights. All these guys are smart, and deep thinkers, but Friedberg is on a different level.
-
This was the best all-in show in a while.
-
David Friedberg should debate Gavin Newsome
-
New York Times is basically a bulldog for Democratic Party
-
At least David Sacks know you have my 100% support and gratitude. Thanks for all you done for this country.
-
Seriously loved how you defended Sacks.
-
Im a retired special education teacher, married 49yrs to a now retired music teacher who refuses to use tech of any kind. Today we traveled from rural Iowa to Chicago by train and took an Uber to our destination. I don't know how he will manage if i go before he does. I LOVE this show. Admittedly, parts of it are beyond me but it really does help me in communicating with my younger friends and just having a clue as to what is happening in the world. When i graduated from college i had never even used a calculator. It's a challenge to stay informed. You help. Thanks
-
Sam has called code red because his OpenAI ChatGPT is moderately average compared to the competition
-
We need more experts, smart successful people volunteering to help run the country better. Thanks David and Elon and everyone else who does this. My own Dad became an unpaid mayor in his retirement just to help the local community and he did a great job for 8 years.
-
Friedberg finally rails against socialism at 59:00. I was starting to worry he wasn't going to get to it this episode.
-
The NYT piece was infuriating. It’s so sad how far the paper has fallen in its integrity. We need you in that role, Sacks, and there are millions of us who are wholeheartedly grateful.
-
No one understands Communism better than Friedberg.
-
1:08:25 Props to Friedburg for speaking for the other 99% of the US. Respect your accomplishments, but also for speaking up for the vast majority of Americans. Jason’s solution for us 99% being happy doesn’t address the elephant in the room; Gov spending / Fed induced inflation, which will never change. All he’s doing is playing whack a mole with whatever is too expensive right now. “Fixing” (fill in the blank item) doesn’t address everything indefinitely inflating away from affordability.
-
I have a tremendous amount of respect for David Sacks
-
Thank you Sacks! We need more like you, regardless to political leaning. History will honor you for your sacrifices.
-
David Sacks in an American hero
-
Does anyone really read New York Times? Keep it up guys our Country needs you
-
Grateful All in. Just keep being besties. Will Leave it at that. ❤️
-
Final third of this episode is exactly what is happening in the UK. A complete tax attack on entrepreneurship, investment and success to give to who don’t contribute at all.
-
There's no interest for a billion to build with a 60% tax. There's also no interest for the working class to work a full time job and still be classified as poverty. When there's no incentive to work than people will demand socialism because it's better than working for nothing.
-
"The black George Washington thing..." That was wild!
-
Fix the money, fix the world. We need hard money so that governments (around the world) can ' t print their way out of bad policies. We need accountability!
-
Respect to David for the financial sactifice he made to help our country.
-
23:03 Friedberg talking about importance of risk taking nails why ChatGPT is falling behind
-
Jason is more Dwight shrute than Dwight shrute
-
Thank you. Very informative, very interesting. better than reading the Wall Street Journal. I stopped reading the New York Times years ago and started looking for people like yourselves to learn from the top instead of distilled information through the news paper. or TV news
-
Every American owes $100,000. in national debt. The cost of the debt is more than the entire defense budget. This has got to hit the fan at some point.
-
Glad Friedberg connected the dots between the median household income discussion to the growing scourge of socialism. Lots of moving parts at the moment.
-
It is infuriating that the NYT can use these smear tactics without consequence. Sacks is a national treasure.
-
End incentives for career politicians. Amendment to have term limits across the legislative and executive branch.
-
When will governments ever learn? I live in Melbourne, Australia and the state of Victoria is trying to tax us to death because they are in debt roughly 220 billion
-
Thank you Friedberg!!! LLM text tokens are not the end all be all. The vision-based/understanding models are probably going to underwrite more next-gen applications than text even.
-
If you look at this cabinet compared to any previous- it is a collection of super successful experts with decades of real world experience and success. Best admin in my life, maybe of all time. Compare just about any of them to previous admins, a collection of politicians and some academics. Unbelievable.
-
I love it when Chamath has a conversation with himself.
-
Thank you to David Sacks for all your sacrifices and services to this country!
-
I truly laugh when the reference to any story is the NYT
-
NYT is targeting anyone associated or a part of this administration. 😢
-
Chamath is 100% correct. There are a lot of people in that 50k-80k area struggling. Childcare is insane! $1100 a month per kid. In Florida! Once the government started subsidizing childcare it made it skyrocket!
-
Thank you much - Thank you for the discussion about the Poverty Line and affordability
-
✌️😎👍 Thank you David Sachs for the dedication and sacrifice that you are making for our great country.
-
FYI: Since Chamath asked - Norway did not reverse the wealth tax. They doubled down with an exit tax.
-
“Countries can redistribute wealth via taxation or redistribute poverty via revolution.”—Will Durant Lessons of History
-
"Make a crisis out of every opportunity" - Chamath
-
JCal, you just proposed most of western European countries. Healthcare, education for "free" and housing subsidized. - Healthcare idea works by in large but the old generation and immigrants will be the outsized burden that erodes the system faster than the young working base can build it up -> long waiting lists and quality drops . - Housing idea does not work because nobody, especially our old politicians, do not want to devalue their properties and reduce their NAV -> Housing prices only have one realistic direction. - Education idea works by in large but becomes a national reformation hub over time, which reduces free will and innovation. -> gov wants predictable tax payers -> favors non-risk society, i.e., employees with a handful of big employers vs many smaller entrepreneurs
-
53:23 140k is a bit high. As a poor person I’d say the poverty line is more like 80k on a median for a family of 4
-
1:09:42 We are in the top 5%. Still, I did a double take when I paid approximately $2 an apple at Albertsons.
-
David’s aged 10 years in the first year of this administration 😂
-
chamath's point on conflict of interest is so spot on, clouded by so much rubbish, this is what it boils down to
-
I have rarely seen so much accurate comprehension of so many current topics in any other singular video in my life. Well done fellas.
-
Excellent episode. Solid work guys.
-
Awesome all the four Besties
-
Perplexity is nowhere to be seen.....
-
It's nice to have something genuine to listen to, made better with video because the authenticity of their friendship is clear! I get the feeling Jason has annoyed Sachs for years!
-
Impressive honesty about The Times. Bessent said it the other day, “You’re no longer the paper of record.”
-
Not sure who will come out on top, but all I know is Sam is literally "killing" it!
-
Chamath’s rant is perfect. Please clip it so the world can share and tag the nyt continuously until there is a regime change
-
Chamath’s interpretation of the NYTs article at 40:00 was spot on
-
Thank you 🙏🏾 for your dedication and service David Sacks , Stay focus !
-
Keep it up! Shout out to the people in power giving speaking so openly to the people. 🙏💪
-
Why haven’t we gone back to the moon?
-
Sacks has resting mugshot face lol.
-
The besties are truly the very best. Setting the record straight. Great discussion gents.
-
Get Mike Green on the podcast!
-
david friedberg on another level lately 🔥🔥🔥 wow
-
Thank you for your service David
-
Thank you for what you have done for this country, Sacks. As a loyal listener, I have always held confidence in your integrity and appreciate your intelligence and conscientiousness.
-
Many municipal employees in California have pensions worth multiple millions of dollars if they had to be purchased as an annuity. I'll bet these are exempt from the new wealth tax initiative.
-
Norway still has their tax on fortune..... and it start a 170 000 usd 🙄🙄🙄😔 NUTS
-
Dying at calling Sachs Emperor Palpatine as they look so similar 😂
-
Can you do a session on the "Post-Labor Economy"?
-
I think it would be very interesting if you broke down the token theory.. This will not hold up but how can it be better aligned. It reminds me of toll fees and internet band width. They are literally opening the door for innovators like me to challenge it and use what they built against them.
-
Let’s go🎉🔥🎯💯 Happy Friday 26 days remaining
-
Friedberg has hit the arrow at the exact point 23:53
-
41:23 The "experienced" billionaires have given us rising inflation, fewer jobs, and crypto scams.
-
As a Brit, I’d like to know what correspondence has taken place between The NYT and The BBC. It seems like they write each other’s scripts.
-
Great show. Friedberg has spoken about this issue a few times and also it's solution. allow people free access to private investments. startups, private equity etc and have some type of program that encourages people to invest the same way they got everyone to go to college and more than 10% of americans will be invested in the success of the successful companies. If Capitalism could adopt that aspect of socialism then socialism wouldn't be able to gain ground but if capitalism continues to be an everyone for themselves the 90% will get frustrated and turn to socialism
-
these guys are so smart...I learn something every time I listen...
-
JCal, why isn't Scotland the richest country in the world. Free NHS, free education & the lowest house prices in Europe.
-
@All-In crew, today's episode was spectacular. Thank you and keep it coming.
-
Thank you Mr. Sacks for your service. Technology is too important to the future of the USA 🇺🇸 to leave the direction to anyone with less experience 🙏
-
The old saying was, "Show me the man, and I'll show you the crime." The Democrat side of the aisle has modernized it to: "Show me anyone politically inconvenient, and we will invent a crime."
-
Screw the NYT. I can't begin to tell you how much I respect and admire Sacks for what he's doing. Thank you for making America better. Especially with the most powerful technology the world has seen. He's done sometime that will have him remembered by history as Amazing.
-
As someone who still loves World of Warcraft it brought me great joy to hear JCAL, who is obviously deeply knowledgeable in internet culture, make reference to LEROY JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENKINS!
-
No discussion of government fraud on the docket today? How disappointing.
-
Might be a good time to review the DOGE successes ... being that you were so gung-ho about it at the beginning of the year. Bring receipts when you do !
-
AI progress is flatlining, making it easy for the late companies to overtake chatgpt
-
Corporations, CEOs, & the current administration in the excutive branch are pushing ai, LLMs, AGI, ASI, & agents to make humans unemployable; so, everyone in the United States of America might need UBI from the government if corporations & CEOs & Founders are successful in pushing ai. I caution American citizens who go along with everything DOGE & this current administration in the executive branch of office and the members of the GOP house & members of the GOP Senate is doing. This is not a political statement.
-
Mr Sacks, Thank you for stepping up to help this country. I know you don’t need this headache but you are the best person to make sure things are handled correctly for AI Tect. I am a big fan of this show. I’m a middle class elderly man who loves this country. All 4 of you are great.
-
I honestly can’t believe I woke up, ate breakfast, and watched an entire episode! Fantastic! This is how you know it’s a good video where you’re so engaged that you forget about time!
-
Friedberg!! Killin it
-
When JayCal dropped the “Leeeeroyyyyy Jenkins” at 30:50 of the podcast; he instantly became the MVP of this episode. 😂😂😊
-
"success in private life and have chosen to serve" - also describes Canadian Prime Minister Carney, under similar attack by opposition politicians for failing to fully divest of his investments, but placing them in blind trust instead
-
The middle class can’t even deduct the full expense of daycare/childcare on their taxes!
-
Love your show. Love the NYT. We need both for these crazy debates to happen.
-
The NYT should serve as a badge of honor for Mr Sack's service for the country. They try to scare away any capable and resourceful US entrepreneurs from dealing with policy, which is the deep state's cheese. They try hard to drag the Trump admin down to be as failed as the Biden admin Such an unfortunate to be involved involuntarily with their stupid game! SUPPORT US AI TEAM!!
-
Every line of your defense describes sacrifice, disclosure, and intent, but each of those claims is spoken from inside the same circle that shaped the events in the first place. When the people who create the conditions also interpret the conditions and then defend the interpretation, they are no longer explaining the truth but reinforcing the frame through which truth is permitted to appear. The denial of influence becomes the final proof of how completely influence is assumed.
-
I wonder why the spac guy is so pro openai?
-
Warren Buffet knew!
-
Friedberg is so smart. I can listen to him all-day.
-
This is multiple orders of magnitude better with all four of you, and keeping discussions anchored in reality vs ideology. More of this please!
-
Nice to have the full complement back. The difference is night and day
-
Love seeing Friedberg having Sacks back and getting heated
-
I asked google about my astrology chart and after it gave an answer it said, "Wait, I messed up...2+5 +.... The correct answer is etc." LOL
-
David Friedberg needs to be in a leadership position within the government. Regardless of party in power. Incredibly smart and has a very good grasp of issues hitting most of rural America. JCal is the most clueless.
-
We are all very lucky that these gentlemen open their insights and experiences to us all. Thank you All In!
-
Every now and then friedberg drops the most dense and well articulated knowledge bombs. 20:19 is one of those moments. Love seeing the whole gang together and really enjoyed the opening segment.
-
Love the all of you guys are back! Since the Sacks segment was given 20ish minutes, I was interested of what did they say in the article. As I was reading, I accidently clicked refresh and then got with the paywall issue. I went to the NY times article and I was reading, I got hit by the paywall. I went to chatgpt and got this: In short: the article makes a compelling case that there are structural conflicts here — even if nothing illegal per se is proven — which matter when someone with deep private-sector stakes is shaping government policy in that same sector. I do think its worth reading the article and trying to figure out why these journalist spent this long to go over this topic. I do think it is a complicated topic....
-
Thank you all for all your hard works!
-
SACKS you dont need to convince us. We thank and salute you for your service.
-
Sacks vs the Times is the bourgeoisie vs the managerial class.
-
Fantastic episode, as always!
-
Everyone should be watching this podcast! They keep it very real. No matter where you fall on any issue they give insight is immeasurable. The information is unfettered by popular opinion. Lending itself to reality to cause and effect. I cannot express the broad perspectives of enlightenment you come away with. Each of us should take the opportunity to option their experience
-
“Folks that are significantly wealthy don’t need to self-deal” is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard Friedberg say.
-
Also, beautiful quotes Friedberg
-
Costs in the US are correlated around local minimum wage and rental housing. Price point based around single or couple minimum for whatever location, making everyplace relatively even. Going someplace else to make more money might work from the opportunity, but higher wages means higher housing and living costs in that location.
-
Excellent episode. I agree that David F is on another level. Makes David S even more admirable IMO for trying despite the likely outcome.
-
In all fairness, they do this to the average person already. That’s what unrealized games are with our property tax. They come around to our houses tell us that it’s worth X, and then send us a bill for the taxes and if we don’t pay we lose our property.
-
Tech giants don't want to give money to gov uncapitalistically and because of waste, but should counter the narrative by setting up a real education system, fixing pot holes, cleaning the streets, etc. Submit grand plans to the public, get them pressuring the gov to let them fix things. Lead by example
-
DeepSeek is getting better and better and costing nothing
-
So good to hear your views on Integrity. Does that mean you hold Dear Leader to the same standards, David Sacks? Also, please opine on the administration’s corrupt pay for play through crypto as the obfuscation method and the recent pardoning of a crypto criminal. You’re the Czar, right?
-
Sacks is a true patriot ! Thank you!🙏
-
Harder for us normal folks to split from commiefornia. Thanks Sacks for pushing AI in Washington to win! Let me be on the team!
-
Why can’t we make smaller homes? Housing first policies! There is so many regulations that are against small homes. Not everyone wants a mansion. How about inexpensive vehicle? How can China produce a 10k EV but we can only make vehicles over 50k?
-
I am sure you've heard of or met the million/billionaires in my small midwest town, if I mentioned them by name. Not many haven't. They are frequently solicited for campaign funds from both parties, but what many outside of my small town usa do not know is these entrepreneurs are deeply religious, mainly Catholic and Jewish. In fact, we used to get Jewish and Christian holidays off at my family-owned global corporation. With that being said, these men and their wives and families are keeping this community alive with art, music, educational opportunities, sports equipment and facilities; you name it, they donated. But most of all, the halfway houses and food shelf, the volunteer services clothing donation. The women's shelters and counseling services for addiction and abuse for adults and children. These are NOT selfish people AT ALL! This leads me to the fact that "terrible rich people" have given millions, some families, billions over the decades to the less fortunate in this small town and extened to healthcare like Mayo Clinic. This does not sound like "selfish" or "terrible rich people." The idea that politicians, to win votes, are going to sacrifice that extra 5% that goes to charity, to pump their state coffers is disgusting. They should be called out every day! They are trying to hoodwink the uninformed, but do you really think in this day and age they can pull it off on such a grand scale? I don't think it's working anymore. I pray that it's not. Sacks, you do you! I absolutely admire your sacrifice and only dream I had a pinky's worth of your brain power! Much love to you all! Midwest Grandma. Also, my husband would love to play poker with you all anytime. 😉
-
Kudos to NYT
-
Great One!!
-
All the LLMs are now very similar.
-
Great show--esp the last topic regarding the slide to socialism
-
Friedberg spitting facts on fire.
-
Ask immigrants from socialist/communist countries about what they see coming - David Friedberg’s analysis is dead on, and totally chilling.
-
All I want is for the NYT to do a deep dive on JCal and how this show is benefiting from having a suspiciously close relationship with the current Administration. “Trump consigliere is building an online empire from his association with the Administration”…this is the story that America needs to read!
-
Retired this year. Sold my small company last year. The trucks and equipment I sold that I had previously depreciated were taxable income. I got a letter about my 2026 benefits. We gave you an increase which was about $200 more for my gross. Because you went $400 over an income limit, we are increasing what you have to pay for Medicare. Last year I got $2,865 a month, next Year I will get $2,685.00. Over $400 of income? I think this is the point some made in this pod
-
Friedberg for PRESIDENT!
-
Mike Green is awesome. Try to get him as a guest
-
🚨 BREAKING: Stunning new poll finds Republicans LEAD the 2026 Congressional midterms over Democrats by +4 points, 48%-44% — RMG THIS IS HUGE! It’s a GAIN since the shutdown. Add in redistricting and there is a SOLID chance we save President Trump’s term from endless obstruction in the second half. The GOP needs to go full steam ahead and run like they’re behind. Bring popular policies to a vote now through November. SWAMP THE MIDTERMS 🇺🇸

Joe Lonsdale is waking up, Elon has already woken up, we are in a war for the survival of the English speaking peoples. https://youtu.be/wypBBqrqNFs?si=86u2tXCE3AfCw5Ji

NYT Readers Comments: #1 of 808 and liked by 2,800: Is there no end to the corruption of this administration? Where is Congress? Billionaires have assumed control of our country in order to enrich themselves. Meanwhile our health care and education continue to lose any semblance of excellence or even adequacy. It’s way past time for Americans everywhere to rise up and demand a just society that works to protect each and every one of us.
-
David Friedberg hanging out in front of the Overlook Hotel from the Shining
-
Yes, we need experts leading our government initiatives. Go Sacks!!
-
Gentlemen you hit the nail on the head. Competent experts should be in politics for short stints as it was intended.
-
We need more experts at the NYT 😂😂😂
-
LMFAO at the Leroy Jenkins reference. Well done.
-
Always learn a ton about tech and business from these chaps. Thank you!
-
One of your best episodes, thanks to all!
-
My FAV EPISODE EVER b/c of the discussion re: Sacks hit piece in the (pos) NYT. AMEN, GENTLEMEN!! We need our BEST going yDC, SERVING, then GETTING OUT and going back to their REAL careers. KUDOS‼️

oh snap, Jason invoked Leeroy Jenkins.

Not quite the technocracy we imagined...

Very important topics discussed!!

Great episode.
-
Thanks for what you guys do and the show
-
OMG JCal in defending Sacks said he went "Leeroy Jenkins!" 🤣
-
F, with the Shining hotel, the Tiberline behind him and a Hawaiian hat!!😂😂
-
I really like this show and all of the "besties"... inspirational and educational to no end, always. Q: I'm genuinely curious about the ability of Sacks to be able to just pick up where he left off after he leaves office. Wouldn't there be the ability for having really close relationships and networks where somebody gets a bit of a fee to sign the line and then he gets all of his divested investment back? Perhaps not at the same rate, or value, not with any growth but isn't there going to be the ability for him to get the divestitures back with limited scrutiny when he is done serving? I'm just curious about this, not purposely stirring the pot . Even if the answer is yes and he gets everything back at the rate that he divested there's going to be losses. I have no problem with this, I'm just curious if that's the case.. You guys are awesome..
-
Thank you Sacks! 50% discount is crazy man! You’re doing such an amazing job and thank you for your service!
-
Another top show. Loved the chemistry, topics. I’m an Englishman immigrant of Australian and I would vote for this group to run any Gov.
-
I am already using Grok in my car constantly, "Whats that mountain? how tall is it? What kinda animal did I just see? tell me more about it?" And now it will control the navigation too, the dream comes alive. now just need something that reads my mind haha
-
Thank you for the episode.
-
Thank you, David, for all you have done
-
Brilliant episode. Thanks guys
-
David really gets it, well done. You guys are great as usual. You are more than welcome to join us in Canada if this gets too crazy for our southern brothers and sisters.
-
The Gemini voice almost ordered me an electrician. Almost. But was so seamless without friction.
-
Well said gentleman! Screw the purveyors of the crap articles by people that don’t serve the country. Thank you Mr. Sacks for what you are doing.
-
More experts in DC. Thank you 👏
-
Really liked the last few minutes Guys, real talk about fixing problems
-
Interesting - loving what I learn here
-
Brad G and Ed of “Prof G” did a nice job discussing the article a few days ago. In summary, “there is nothing there….” Everyone is in agreement. Glad to hear you guys talking about it and putting it in its place.
-
David Sacks is refreshingly aligned with my experience as a contributor in this space.
-
Mr. Sacks, you are a patriot. Thank you!
-
41:02 great point by Chamath here!
-
Thank you, David. He did NOT need to do this, but chose to do it for the country.
-
@Friedberg, you are right about the capital imbalance, and I would like to advocate that it not come in the form of taxation (e.g. wealth tax), but wealthy high caplital individuals voluntarily investing in the common good that will give the average American a path to social mobility. Jason was in the atmosphere of what that might look like (education, healthcare, and more housing), but again, not through taxation per se. You own it, build it, and slap your name on it vs. the government. Let Americans celebrate the oligarchs for their generosity.
-
David Sacks is a good man! Thank you for your service and sacrifices.
-
Thank you Gents, we appreciate y'all
-
Friedberg was pissed
-
yall really doing a great job 👏🏻 🙏🏼📈🇺🇸
-
The loss leader have-too-much-cash of Google et al going into subsizing products is interesting. You helped me understand, thanks!
-
Great show today guys. I said awhile back that Gemini and Anthropic together are gona be unstoppable 😁✌
-
Mr. Sacks is intentionally avoiding criticizing China. Interesting and noted. This is truly an excellent pod.
-
jason casually naming the exclusionary cities
-
David lied about Norway. Tax revenue didn’t decrease, it increased. The values he quoted are from a specific billionaire funded article piece 😂
-
This became a 90% US politics show. I loved the money and tech pod.
-
Thank you for clearing this ai and sacks propaganda. I listen to some conservative podcasts that have talking against why sacks is doing this. I listen to you every week even though half the time I'm lost in what you are talking about, I appreciate the parts I do understand and the expertise each one of you bring to this podcast. Keep it going! Thank you 😊
-
great talk :)Agree I see recent models specialisations- I use 4 at the same time : Gemin 3 - fron-end, Claude Opus 4.5 - agentic coding, Grok 4.1 - current data, GPT5.1 Pro - data veryfication (lowest level of halluciantion)
-
Loved J-Cals - We don’t want politicians who have been there for 600 hundred years!!
-
I remember watching Sacks talk about selling investments before starting with Gov't.
