The main headwind for Live is that tickets are so expensive to go to concerts, sports games etc. and seem to only be getting more expensive.

This guy is so out of touch in his rich friends bubble! Chamath wanted to call him out but didn't want to rude to the guest. In what world are the majority of people already on a 4 days work week and now moving to a 3 day work week, that is complete BS. The majority of people work 5 days, with some even having side hustles to make additional money. This guy is decades early with his "live" bet if the thesis is people will only be working 3 days per week and going to live events more on their free time. Not to mention, if the majority get to a 3 day work week there is going to have to be some sort of UBI funded by AI companies to pay people a living wage if they are no longer working. At that point these people won't be making enough money to be going to these expensive live events. Ari is a very accomplished businessman, but I think his high net worth world view has skewed his reality.

The UFC is facing trouble. Dana's horrific treatment of fighters (lowballing) is attracting competition like MVP, Matchroom, etc. Dana's love affair with Trump is increasingly a negative and White's personality is comparable to a box of corn flakes. He's a boring tyrant and his White House card sucks. The superstar names are gone. UFC is heading into a negative cycle.
