-
do you like friedberg's new camera?
-
Figured they wouldn't talk about the biggest story in the world right now
-
You guys should have Howard Lutnick back on
-
Was friend of the pod, Howard Lutnick, not available?
-
Looks like a whole lotta DOW 50k on the docket!
-
Insane theres more talk of a ferrari ev than the biggest scandal in modern recorded history
-
How have you guys not touched on the crypto crash with the crypto czar?
-
No Epstien discussed today?
-
JCal pontificating from his ski resort home on helping the working man is hysterical.
-
No Bondi's hearing fiasco? Come on, it was the highlight of the week!
-
What about your boy Howard Lutnick 😂
-
J Cal who has probably never built an IKEA bookcase giving construction site advice. Nuff said
-
David's face as JCal is monologuing is priceless
-
Jason did you visit the island??
-
Dow is over 50,000 is the elephant in the room with us? And by elephant, I dont mean JCal
-
Jiffrey Epstine making all the big bet wins on Polymarket
-
It’s nice to know all the super rich people have access to the $10,000 conference get the inside on how to become more and more wealthy.
-
Seattle MOST CERTAINLY does not have a happier population 😂😂😂😂
-
... what a joke. AI companies have scraped IP from a gazillion sources without compensation, and yet, those who now want to make LOTS of money with AI, are freaking out over "their" IP 'data' ... It's a JOKE.
-
26:35 did chamath just called Warren Buffett an insider trader?
-
Seattle’s minimum wage has destroyed the local restaurant industry. Labor intensive enterprises can only raise prices or die and people are refusing to pay those prices.
-
“They don’t make mistakes” is wild
-
Why is no one talking about the yen carry trade unwind that's happening this year?
-
Love the "Godfather Part 2" background Friedberg.
-
So prompt enginner job is now gone replaced by agentic engineers... seems likes the number of human jobs are shrinking 😂
-
Question ?? If you guys have a junior or senior in high school .. what do you want them to focus on immediately after leaving high school? Please dedicate a brief +/- 30 min podcast with the whole crew that can be shared across social media. Maybe have current administration share their 15 min blurb for their specific department. This could be a while series getting young people ready for the positions you need
-
Glad they addressed the Elephant in the room
-
There’s a horse race happening … let’s set up a prediction market on which horse wins. … this is called ‘gambling’
-
🎵 the Dow right now, is over 50 thou
-
JCal inform yourself on Seattle’s and King County’s unemployment rate which has continued to rise significantly affecting professional and technical workers. Things are hardly rosy.
-
They changed how you count the unemployment rate.
-
The All-In Podcast now feels less like a forum for independent thought and more like a masterclass in elite submission dressed up as contrarianism. Their commentary on Donald Trump isn’t crude loyalty but something more revealing: the fluent, MBA-polished art of explaining why power deserves to be humored, indulged, and ultimately served. From Europe, the performance lands badly — not as fearless realism but as provincial court politics: wealthy tech operators mistaking proximity to authority for intellectual depth. What once sounded like insider analysis now reads as reputational self-satire.
-
Huge flaw in their logic. They assume just because they spent 600billion in data centres doesn’t guarantee a GDP increase.
-
52:33 Did Jason just say people are happy in New York, LA, Seattle and San Francisco?
-
OpenClaw is cool, but my guy, it is a security nightmare. Jason talking about it like it is a mature product ready for prime time.
-
Thank you for moving to the theme song to the end in stead of the beginning. It's a great relief for me😅
-
Hearing jcal talk AI reminds me of a used car salesman
-
J-Cal is correct, ICE has been doing workplace enforcement, on and off, for decades. But they show up and ask to see I-9s.
-
Well done J Cal. I think this is going to increase the heat on you with this crowd but you are owning the immigration conversation.
-
Jason, great job sticking to your guns on wages and getting the construction industry to pay fare wages.
-
JCal finally explained well his point on making ICE work more efficient but not one listened 😂 1:05:45
-
We want to take the jobs, but the listings aren't genuine.
-
So AI either takes your job or you need to level up and work longer and harder to keep up. Great.
-
At this point, I am convinced that J Cal will end up using Nuclear Fusion to run his Podcast Operations the very day Nuclear Fusion is figured out.
-
Tens of thousands of jobs have been lost in California since the minimum wage for fast food workers increased.
-
I'm reading The Invisible Coup by Peter Schweizer, there's more to illegal immigration than is acknowledged; its nefarious.
-
Excited to see what kind of frankenstein project Jason has been working on.
-
Unemployed grads are fuming hearing Sax say the job market is strong
-
I agree with cracking down on the construction employers.
-
When Chamath gets on his high horse and warns of the perils of Democrats getting into office and spending the US into oblivian, he seems to conveniently forget that his chosen god king President Trump in his mere 1.25 terms as president added more debt to the Federal deficit than any other president in history.
-
Whole crew is on! Lets Go!
-
Government employees get paid far more than they would get in the private sector and very few private sector e get pensions. We should greatly reduce government pensions. Are the voters informed as to the size of government pensions?
-
JCal is right about going after the companies that are not paying on the books.
-
J Cal, greetings from San Francisco! Highest minimum wage in the country here. There are no “increased happiness” levels here at all. It put many small businesses out of business. There are people willing to work for less but now it’s illegal. So, please, for the love of common sense, stop pedaling this nonsense!
-
For once, I completely agree with JCal. Go after the employers using illegal labor.
-
Why are we even paying for social security if it’s gonna run out by 2030
-
Love the clarity of thought. I learn so much from the discussions.
-
No hate, but I wish there was a automation to skip over Jason talking
-
The whole audience let out a sigh when Chamath said you have to apply to go to the event, 😁
-
I worked retail management for thirty years. Jason is 100% right now
-
I started in the era of punch cards and IBM electric typewriters. Now 81 not so smart anymore. Seen and implemented a lot of change since then.
-
I’m 77 and love watching you guys- now go be smart and communicate really well!
-
I don't fully understand Chamaths point about bringing this stuff on prem. Currently companies trust cloud to hold their information, don't they? Many companies already trust Microsoft to keep their data secure, until there is a major incident I don't see it coming back on prem and I see no reason cloud AI would be any different cloud data storage which they already do.
-
First time I agree with Jason on immigration. They are coming for jobs and if they receive government benefits then thats a bonus jackpot
-
lol wut? You can run a model on the cloud and have privacy. Compute is still compute. You don’t have to run your data through the ChatGPT. Or am I missing something? 8:12
-
Going after employers - good idea. But, they are definitely coming here for benefits high up on the list too
-
Ive seen that Lexus "minvan" driving on Mission Street near Salesforce Tower. I thought that some lexus lover put a LX 570 grill on a Toyota Sienna.
-
Can you short the average weekly view count for the all in podcast? Seems the motorcycle is heading towards the ramp.
-
Who replace eyes with ai’s
-
Let's just continue to avoid the biggest topics. Howard Lutnick, friend of the pod.
-
When you have a billion dollars, you lose your perspective and empathy. Not on purpose, that’s just the way it is. These guys are great examples. They just spew out propaganda. They’ve lost touch with being human.
-
The assumption is that AI employees use it not to replace their management. Why not replace your employer?
-
I'm not saying the minimum wage shouldn't be raised. We have seen what has happened in Calif by raising the Min Wage. Less jobs and accelerated inflation.
-
Please do not scimp on security for your liquidity event. That many important American business leaders is a national security event.
-
Friedberg's background is epic
-
I think Jason's solution to the destructive effects of ICE was well articulated.
-
Joseph Carlson said it best labeling Chamath as “The Fail Of The Week.” He couldn’t be more correct. 😂
-
When is there going to be an event for people that just like the podcast? I'm a teacher, but also the 'self-appointed' biggest fan of your podcast! ❤
-
If I was a foreign adversary I’d create an entire committee based off tracking US debt and making strategic decisions based off it.
-
How do I get the podcast that skips over jcal’s monologues
-
There is no minimum wage set in any of the Nordic Countries
-
Timestamps: 19:45 - Prediction markets and insider trading
-
Jason needs to read the University of Washington study on the impact of minimum wage increase done in Seattle. It showed the loss of employment for some and the reduction of hours worked by others, both at the lower end of the wage spectrum, to make up for the increase in labor costs by businesses. UW is a very left leaning university so there isn't an effort to artificially create a negative causality. The knee jerk, or emotional, basis for trying to direct the economy and populace is exactly what is creating the headwinds for future prosperity. Stop doing things for short term increase in feelings and start doing things that actually produce positive long term results. Dare I say, reduce the size and scope of government and allow the free(r) market to bring balance and prosperity to the masses.
-
1:00:04 Guys, Jason's not wrong and Jason is often wrong. He is articulating a viable law enforcement strategy and while I think it's much better to be aggressive right now because time constraints, surveillance and fines are a viable technique that's been utilized historically.
-
A golden age cannot occur when the middle class can't afford to enter the housing market, personal debts have never been higher, and only the wealthy are thriving. I'm just saying. Housing is broken af and we won't have a"golden age like the 90s" during such conditions. It's like a wealthy man's blind spot.
-
It’s tone deaf to assume that the employees who were laid off have magically found private sector work. 2025 was a "dismal" year for job growth, with only 181,000 total jobs added to the economy—the weakest non-recessionary growth since 2003. Also the idea that all labor has to be ‘productive’ in the capitalist definition is also ludicrous. Much human labor is for maintenance of standard of living. Trimming tree branches keeps the tree alive but doesn’t necessarily produce shareholder value. Similarly government work helps maintain our civil society. Not everything worthwhile is about growth.
-
Talking about waste, fraud and abuse while illegally pocketing billions with World Liberty is a new level of bold
-
JCal on the employers incentivizing illegal immigration, is 100% right. Generally I find him to be someone I disagree with, but he’s right about shutting down illegal employment. I work in construction and I’ve seen over the years that this IS what needs to happen. Companies and customers are going to find an edge wherever they can, because they’re trying to make the most of their dollar, if you make that unprofitable, you stop this problem dead in its tracks, increase the quality of craftsmanship, and mute the incentive bringing people here. A lot of the foreign workers are brought here under false pretenses and this shit isn’t helping them either. We have to shut off the ability to profit from illegal labor. Dirty hands and clean money, construction shouldn’t be a race to the bottom dollar. That’s why the trades are as fucked up as they are right now.
-
Why am I always surprised that Sacks and Chamath are constantly shilling for the administration?
-
27:00 that was a very telling table.
-
Hey Jason - those other Countries have much much smaller populations than the US
-
Jason nailed it at around 58:30. The employers are the problem in this scenario. They stop hiring them. They leave. Notice how everyone else starts screaming surveillance!! Kind of like the old adage (Hit dog yells)
-
Where are the good times? My dad and I worked construction illegally, when we were in a refugee camp in Yugoslavia. When the local cop showed up, they treated him to some good lunch and slivovitz, and he drove off for a few days.
-
JCal literally wants to raise the minimum wage by 1 dollar and increase cost of living by 20% to "improve" the little mans life. That's some strong math skills.
-
It’s not so much that AI will replace a job itself, but that existing employees can do twice as much so only half the employees are needed. Eventually the AI will do the job itself autonomously.
-
minha dose diária de estupidez
-
Is there an AI agent that would allow to skip Jason's rhetoric? That guy is in love with the sound of his voice. For no good reason.
-
J Cal is wrong about Australia. I go there often, and pubs can’t even open on Sundays because they have to pay their servers $40 an hour, and people can’t afford a $12 pint of beer therefore it’s not cost-effective to open.
-
1:06:00If you like cars, get a 2025 Lamborghini Revuelto. But if you want an unforgettable experience, get a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ — that’s where the real fun begins.
-
1:06:45 that exterior is ass I after with Sacks.
-
pam bondi prepared for last week's hearing with openclaw...
-
Value of getting info and the truth in advance is huge for society
-
I feel like I am in the titanic and the guys are conducting the podcast from their life raft hanging out next to the ship as it’s going down.
-
NOT on the docket today: every major topic of today's time. BUT mental gymnastics Jamath looks sharp these days
-
Excellent show. Here's some juice for the algorithm.
-
guys went straight into business, no jokes no quick catchup.
-
"We are in really good economic shape." JCal lol
-
Wow! The deliberate aversion to talk about fellow “club members” is incredibly obvious with these guys 😂
-
Another great discussion, amongst billionaires, amazing gents.
-
I keep getting the feeling that JCal is that one student that has to work 10 times as hard as his classmates just to keep up
-
Wonderful idea. Truly changing the landscape
-
I 100% agree with the AI discussion. My exact experience. It's INSANE.
-
Freidberg (Dr. Doom) scares the HELL out of me with his insights on DEBT & SPENDING.
-
Someone needs a shock mount
-
that's it Sacks, it's time to short the market lol. "Golden Age", sounds very 1929 to me :D props Andrew Sorkin
-
Things Friedberg won't discuss. The background appears to be a screenshot of Avenida Mella in Havana from The Godfather II.
-
Chamath, volume of cars may go down as you say, but as more and more people with any means are out of the cities and further and further out so we will need cars.
-
No one will cut the ridiculous spending. We are fucked.
-
these guys went all in on selling out. talking about how great the economy is with birth rate in the dumpster and debt & gold going to the moon.
-
Agree! Van built on the cyber truck platform. Manly looking luxury.
-
Lavoro Limited (Friedberg's 100 million dollar SPAC) voluntarily delisted from NASDAQ today. Stock down to $0.72 per share. Painful for me, can't imagine how much he lost (if he lost anything). It's a bummer that he bailed from the Lavoro Board of Directors in September 2024 without public filing or comment. This would have been useful information to other investors.
-
You see how David Sacks couldn’t give a damn about raising the minimum wage even a dollar or two to at least help morale. I never saw it before, but these people are extremely selfish. The US, which is the richest country in the world won’t pay the people in the bottom end not even just a tiny bit better there’s that much greed.
-
I need an ai bot to remove every time Jason talks and then post the podcast. It would be a short at that point though.
-
JCal - honestly I think you think that if you jumble enough thoughts together you will squeak through Sak's actually knowledge. Face goes red eyebrows raise voice tone heightened - constant stress reaction...then rebounds by finding something to agree on with Saks.
-
It's fascinating that these guys are always referencing Palantir yet never mention it
-
Disagree with the Buffet comparison. The account size of Buffet post 2000 played more of a factor than Reg FD. For example, Buffet was best friends with Bill Gates since the 1990s and he never owned the stock. That right there negates your entire Berkshire Reg FD argument.
-
This literally went from a perfectly reasonable employer targeted illegal immigrant strategy where all the billionaires coughed and spluttered to electric Ferraris. You cannot make this up
-
New Job Title: AI-wrangler
-
45th love❤❤❤✌️✌️🥳🥳💥💥💥💥
-
They should do a shark tank type show 😂
-
seemed like everyone was in a low mood
-
Checklists always essential. Just the way they are used varies. With repetitive tasks, asking for a crash if no have!
-
Sovereign cloud on the internet computer protocol by difinity sounds like a solution to your cloud problem. ICP
-
For once I agree with JCal on the min wage. I understand Sac’s point but he gov is there to ‘redistribute’ wealth, and the low end of labor historically tends to be taken advantage of.
-
Saks needs to look outside of the USA occasional. The minimum wage take is crazy
-
Self-hosting has grown crazily over the last few years - people are going towards doing & owning things on their own
-
Love it
-
Why do I feel one of the besties forced his way onto a certain email list and now is going have to ask a certain automotive automaton for advice on how to address their mutual friend
-
When I heard that Scamoth is running a All-In 'investor' based event , my wallet bolted and hid in the cupboard.
-
JCal’s brain rotting live on the podcast from using all the clawdbots lol
-
Lol Jason just wants all businesses to be under surveillance all the time 😂
-
J. Cal listen to Friedberg’s facial expressions. Your stance on business owners and minimum wage is some of the most ivory tower thinking I’ve heard.
-
Jason finally wins the argument! This point between construction and labor is true, Remember, construction companies too are businesses that want to lower their high OpEx cost of labor. I’m here and it’s everywhere!
-
Love this podcast. BTW once I noticed it, I can no longer unsee it. You all have similar hairlines. The forehead real estate is something to behold. Ad space?
-
The Toyota version of the car is called "Vellfire" and the Lexus is LM. My favorite cars as well! This is my first ever youtube comment :P
-
Pre ram shortage ....you could build two servers (app/data and gpu) for less than 50K and run everything. For a small office I can do it for 15K (current storage prices) and run everything on prem eliminating multiple SaaS products by focusing on data ETL agent interaction.
-
... just want to highlight again the importance of surveilling ALL major US construction sides for weeks and profile every single worker!
-
Thank you all for all your hard works!
-
Really makes you think about what's fair in markets! 🤔 Great points!
-
Thank You Everyone Enjoyed. 💯✌️
-
Good job JC you made a good point about the scope of the problem. Thank you
-
Love the pod. It's helped me hack my learning curve for AI for my business. Appreciate the fearless conversations about public policy impact. Keep it up, besties!
-
I love how chamath says ¨the rest of us...¨
-
I like that they let JCal talk. I think it is important to know what a small child or my dog would think about these issues.
-
Thanks for the shout out of the Ira Sohn Conference. It should be noted that all the proceeds go to pediatric cancer and other related diseases. Since 1995 when the New York conference first started, the conference now in San Francisco, London, Hong Kong, Montreal and Sydney has raised over $150M for incredible charity causes.
-
I took an art appreciation class in 1968 at UT Austin. The visiting Ivy League professor really got into the interstate hwy act of 1954 and started looking at car design and industrial design . It was wonderful to think about and feel the design.
-
I’m always impressed by how j cal stands his ground
-
Well said.. Keep up the good work.
-
thank you 🙏🏼
-
Chamatg's sweater is 🔥!!
-
1:00:27 on this point in particular thousands of very small businesses hire off the books even legal employees
-
Again, a realy good episode!
-
Chamath just used a single before and after table and say that is the casual. It tells me how simple his mind is.
-
That Ferrari looks beautiful! It reminds me a little of the Toyota Camry.
-
Federalizing state annd local pension obligations is a scary thought.i never thought that would be thinkable.
-
Excellent Show!!! ❤️
-
I agree with J-Cal. Go after businesses.
-
Job title should be: Agentic Engineer. As it relates to the topic at the first 5 mins
-
And there goes Open Ai making big moves! OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger joining OpenAI, Altman Says. Wow!
-
Thank you
-
Great jumper!
-
Great commentary
-
Yes! Love the buttons
-
Looks like the Aliens are amongst us now.
-
We don't train on user data
-
Every competitor has the AI tools now so work just stays the same.
-
It's happening everywhere, sh, hk, sg, uk, usa, that employers like outsiders to work rather than locals because they coordinate more and appreciate more, and cost efficiency of course.
-
1:01:06 so when does the deporting happen?
-
I'm mildly charmed by how much Jason sounds like Kermit in his intro - although blaming business owners for the open border appears to be rather wide of the mark. Great episode, as always...
-
Whatever anyone says about JCal. He is an exceptional participant/moderator. Not an easy job.
-
I think one of the big problems with construction workers is that payroll taxes and worker’s compensation make it twice as expensive to pay someone on the books
-
Friedberg. I think we need to start the discussion on a national sales tax to address the debt. The tariff is an indirect national sales tax but has many implementation challenges. In a future show why don’t you run the math on this at various rates. Love what you guys are doing covering topics in 360 degrees.
-
100% agree with Chamath, on-prem is coming back, baby! Move those tech costs from opex to capex.
-
Love this podcast & listen every week I think it would be great if you spelled out what certain things mean as you are speaking, a different language than some of us. For example, DEV, CBO report , Prem, etc. I know you guys want more people to have access to financial tools - just need to make sure that people understand what you’re talking about without much difficulty
-
I like Chamaths idea for in the investors, but it also fits the macro theme imo to get more liquidity in markets since it’s drying up at the top with the sharps. But also could be a good thing as well for growth. All these events they are turning into club promoters lol
-
52:00 No Jcal. Stuff in Scandinavia and Australia doesn't cost 10-20% more. Basic stuff costs a lot more. Maybe it's not all from the high minimum wage as a component, but we don't know how much that component is.
-
1:11:00 Great vans. Don't use anything else when in asia on ridehailing (Grab, Asia's Uber.)
-
How is using Google Drive any different to using those files on a Gemini Vertex endpoint with an enterprise contract? Am I missing something? They seem to imply using AI puts the data into the public...
-
Anyone know if AI agent can detect a fishing or scam email to not give your personal or financial information out?
-
These lexus minivans and equivalents are the most common black car in local ride hailing apps
-
you can ask claud to give you private cloud where info is not available to model profider. if they don't offer it someone else will
-
There is a massive issue with using external AI services if you’re a company working on technology controlled by the USML or EAR. Pretty easy to break ITAR / Export Controls.
-
Employees usually aren't allowed to use their own LLM tooling on their work machine.
-
that should put a time limit on Jcal...
-
Like any new technology, takes time to develop into work done. The ai stuff out in the sticks, the examples I have seen so far are pretty limited.
-
were gonna make it an open room you need to apply
